If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket amount paid.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your bank and the payment gateway.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you can request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.

Cancellation requests must be emailed from the same email used at checkout, with the order ID.

Up to 7 days before the event: refund minus payment gateway charges (if applicable).

Within 7 days of the event: no refund (since seats are limited and preparation is locked).

No refunds for late arrivals, partial attendance, or no shows.
