These terms apply to all ticket purchases made on this website for the Jonty Rhodes Cricket Masterclass. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
  • Tickets are valid only for the selected event date and location.
  • Entry is restricted to participants within the listed age group unless the organiser approves otherwise.
  • Carry a valid ID for the participant if requested at check in.
  • Tickets are non transferable unless explicitly allowed by the organiser.
  • The organiser may change the schedule, venue area, or session format due to operational reasons.
  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a refund as per the Refunds policy.
  • Follow all staff instructions and venue rules.
  • No abusive behaviour, harassment, or disruption. The organiser may refuse entry or remove attendees for safety.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Warm up properly and disclose any relevant medical conditions to the organiser.
  • The organiser may record photos and videos during the event for promotional use.
  • If you do not want your child to appear in promotional content, email the organiser before the event.
  • Payments are processed via the selected payment gateway (for example, Cashfree).
  • Successful payment confirmation depends on the gateway and bank systems.
  • If you are charged but do not receive confirmation, contact support with the payment reference.
  • The organiser is not responsible for lost belongings.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the organiser’s liability is limited to the ticket amount paid.
